what materials do we use? 

all the materials on each jewellery item differs! Please read the descriptions on each product page to find out the material we use. 

Generally, our materials are alloy with gold or silver plating. Plating means the item is not filled with a precious metal (gold, silver, platinum etc) which makes it more affordable. 

Other materials we use are titanium steel, 18k gold plated, sterling 925, gold filled & more.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Like all metals, special care is needed to ensure your gorgeous items do not scratch or tarnish. We know that you’ll want to wear your jewellery all the time, but bare in mind contact with the following:

  • Avoid liquids and chemicals. Stuff like showering, the sea, the pool, and cleaning can all speed up tarnishing. 
  • Avoid exercising in your jewellery. Contact with sweat can cause wear and tear to your beautiful items.  
  • Avoid direct contact with products like lotions, hairspray, perfumes, skin care, etc.
  • Keep your items out of direct sunlight and store your pieces in a soft pouch.

Consider investing in a decent scratch-free jewellery polishing cloth to brighten up any dull pieces over time. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide.  

Ring Size guide

We provide ring sizes in UK fomat. This is in millimetre measurements (50mm, 52mm etc) Here's a great way to measure your ring size:

  • Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like your ring to sit. 

  • Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler in mm

The most common ring size is 52mm! 

Please note, we strive to make most of our rings adjustable! This will be written in the description box and it will be classified as a 'one size fits all' ring!  

What is your returns policy?

Can I use more than one discount code on one order? 

It is always one discount code per order in the discount code box. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled once placed. Please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order and dependent on the availability of our customer care team, we will aim to cancel your order where possible. If you want to make a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible and we can do this as long as it has not been shipped. We try to ship all orders the same or next working day, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible prior to shipment. 
Any orders that have been shipped cannot be amended and will need to be returned to us for an exchange/refund.
