what materials do we use?
all the materials on each jewellery item differs. Please read the descriptions on each product page to find out the material we use.
Our most used material is 18k gold plated on brass. Plating means the item is not filled with a precious metal (gold, silver, platinum etc) which makes it more affordable.
Other materials we use are titanium steel, 18k gold plated, sterling 925, gold filled & more.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Like all metals, special care is needed to ensure your gorgeous items do not scratch or tarnish. We know that you’ll want to wear your jewellery all the time, but bare in mind contact with the following:
- Avoid liquids and chemicals. Stuff like showering, the sea, the pool, and cleaning.
- Avoid exercising in your jewellery. Contact with sweat can cause wear and tear to your beautiful items.
- Avoid direct contact with products like lotions, hairspray, perfumes, skin care, etc.
- Keep your items out of direct sunlight and store your pieces in a soft pouch.

Ring Size guide
We provide ring sizes in UK fomat. This is in millimetre measurements (50mm, 52mm etc) Here's a great way to measure your ring size:
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like your ring to sit.
Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler in mm
The most common ring size is 52mm!
Please note, we strive to make most of our rings adjustable! This will be written in the description box and it will be classified as a 'one size fits all' ring!
What is your returns policy?
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders right away as soon as they are placed and confirmed. Please double check your order as well as input any discount code you would like to use before placing your order. We cannot make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed.
What if I put in the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as you know the incorrect address has been entered, we can only update it if it has not been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we charge a reshipment fee. Please email email@example.com to arrange the reshipment fee.
In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee of £4. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of £5 for each item. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.
