About the oil: Kenko + Emi Botanical Hair Elixir is a 50ml lightweight oil made in London with rosemary, camellia, tea tree and mint, plus castor, pumpkin seed and sweet almond oils and a touch of vitamin E. It's made to nourish the scalp, soften strands and keep hair feeling strong, without weighing it down. Suits fine, curly and Afro-textured hair alike.
How to use: massage a few drops into the scalp for 5 minutes, leave for at least an hour or overnight, then wash. Once a week minimum; consistency is the secret.

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your bymehshake purchase. We are only able to offer returns on items and accessories which are unworn and remain in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and there are no exceptions to this. Custom made items and surprise bundles are non-returnable, including our charm bar and custom hair claw clip, brushes and name necklaces. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

What if I put in the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as you know the incorrect address has been entered, we can only update it if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we charge a reshipment fee. Please email info@bymehshake.com to arrange the reshipment fee.
In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge a resend fee of £4. Please double check all addresses before placing your order.
