Returns
We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your bymehshake purchase. We are only able to offer returns on items and accessories which are unworn and remain in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and there are no exceptions to this. Custom made items and surprise bundles are non-returnable, including our charm bar and custom hair claw clip, brushes and name necklaces. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

What if I put in the wrong address?

In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge a resend fee of £4. Please double check all addresses before placing your order. the hair clip and brush are absolutely beautiful i love them so much, however i expected the paddle brush to be bigger it was a little on the small side (i missed in the description the measurements) - perfect for a handbag! Still useable for everyday use x
