Returns
We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your bymehshake purchase. We are only able to offer returns on items and accessories which are unworn and remain in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and there are no exceptions to this. Custom made items and surprise bundles are non-returnable, including our charm bar and custom hair claw clip, brushes and name necklaces. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders right away, as soon as they are placed and confirmed. Please double check your order or any discount codes you would like to use before placing your order. We cannot make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed.
What if I put in the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as you know the incorrect address has been entered, we can only update it if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we charge a reshipment fee. Please email info@bymehshake.com to arrange the reshipment fee.
In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge a resend fee of £4. Please double check all addresses before placing your order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of £5 for each item. This fee will be deducted from your order refund total.

What materials do we use?
All the materials on each jewellery item differs. Please read the descriptions on each product page to find out the material for each item.
Our most commonly used material is 18k gold plated on stainless steel. Gold plating means the item is not filled with a precious metal (gold, silver, platinum etc), but is coated in it. This is how we make our jewellery at an affordable price point. Other materials we use are brass, 18k gold plated, sterling 925, gold filled & more.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Like all metals, special care is needed to ensure your gorgeous new items do not tarnish or scratch. We know that you’ll want to wear your jewellery all the time, but bare in mind contact with the following:
- Avoid all liquids and chemicals. This includes removing jewellery before showering, going into the sea, the pool, and cleaning.
- Avoid exercising in your jewellery. Contact with sweat can cause wear and tear.
- Avoid direct contact with products like lotions, hairspray, perfumes, and skincare.
- Keep your items out of direct sunlight. We recommend storing your pieces in a soft pouch.

We provide ring sizes in UK format. This is in millimetre measurements (50mm, 52mm etc) Here's a great way to measure your ring size:
- Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like your ring to sit.
- Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler in mm
The most common ring size is 52mm!
