International Tracked Shipping (delivery date depends on country) £20, free for orders £55 and above
Please note, all custom fees are at the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
Returns
We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your bymehshake purchase. We are only able to offer returns on items and accessories which are unworn and remain in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and there are no exceptions to this. Custom made items and surprise bundles are non-returnable, including our charm bar and custom hair claw clip, brushes and name necklaces. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

✦ The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable. If you request a refund through our portal, £1.99 will be deducted from your order for the shipping fee coverage. You can also arrange a return individually back to us if you prefer.
✦ If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return.
✦ Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed for service).
✦ If your order is received back outside of the 15 day timeframe we reserve the right to refuse your return.
✦ We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.

If you purchased an item with a promotional code, the promotional code will no longer be valid. For example, with a 'buy one get one half price code’, if you return the full price item, but not the half price item, the discount will no longer apply and you will be charged full price for the original item. This will be reflected in your refund total.
Additionally, if you benefit from free shipping, and return items that make the total price go below the free shipping value, you will be charged for the shipping. This will be reflected in your refund total.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. A full refund of the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We start working on orders right away, as soon as they are placed and confirmed. Please double check your order or any discount codes you would like to use before placing your order. We cannot make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed.
What if I put in the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as you know the incorrect address has been entered, we can only update it if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, we charge a reshipment fee. Please email info@bymehshake.com to arrange the reshipment fee.
In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge a resend fee of £4. Please double check all addresses before placing your order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of £5 for each item. This fee will be deducted from your order refund total.
